Sean did a fantastic job. From start to finish, we had information sent, text reminders as well as a text arrival time on the day. Sean was prompt, personable and very knowledgeable. He ensured the surrounding area was covered & protected. Sean gave us useful advice with our fire to ensure a more efficient and cleaner smoke-free burn. That evening was the best fire we'd lit in a long while. Cannot wait for the winter now! Many thanks Sean.

Sean did a clean and log burner service, and inspected my chimney with a drone after moving into a new house. Booking with him through his website was incredibly straight forward and his communication throughout kept the process stress free. He took time to explain my new stove and how to care for it. He left the place spotless and was so careful and considerate throughout. I will be booking again.

Had my multi-fuel stove swept today, Sean was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond what I expected in what turned our to be a bit of an awkward job. Would have no hesitation recommending his services.

Sam came highly recommended to me by friends and I can see why. Not only is he very professional and his work clean and tidy, he goes the extra mile. When he visited my very problematic stove recently he discovered a fundamental issue in the way it had been installed, giving me advise and evidence to return to the people who supplied and installed it. This resulted in them agreeing to completely remove and reinstall it properly, using a different fitter, and importantly at no cost to myself. I can’t thank Sam enough!

Reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly are just a few words I would use to describe Sam and the service he provides! He always leaves the place clean and tidy. Not only sweepes the stove but also fitted a new rope around the door for me! Thank you! I wouldn't use anyone else. I feel safe knowing he's also a hard working fire fighter and I have already booked in for next year.

Arrived on time, on a bank holiday and left the place cleaner than when he started. Saved me a potential fortune and was full of hints and tips about my wood burner. Great service, lovely guy, however he likes his Indian tea strong!

great experience i would 100% recommend these guys. for both the survey and the thermocrete install the team were punctual and took care inside and outside our property. a thorough inspection at the survey showing us the inside if the chimney on camera. Good communication between survey and install. Our chimney is now up and running thanks to laurence and the team who were organised, friendly and stayed late until the job was done in adverse weather conditions. you might find a cheaper alternative but with this type of job you get what you pay for and it needs to be done by professionals.

A&L Parry installed my fireplace last week and I absolutely love it. They did a fantastic job. The team were polite and professional. They advised which fire was best for my size room and it looks just perfect and kicks out a lot of heat! I would definitely recommend. Thanks so much guys! (Excuse the state of the wallpaper I was redecorating after the install).

I was recommended A&L Parry after a number of companies would not install my open fire. Very happy with the finished product and they went out the way to find parts I was missing for the job so it could be completed. Would recommend.
