I used CharterHouse surveyors for a full structural survey for the purchase of an older property. Jake undertook the work, he followed up with a phone call on the same day of completion, produced a comprehensive report, and was at hand to answer any questions during the purchase negotiation process. When the house sale fell through I did not hesitate in getting CharterHouse surveyors to inspect the next property I had an accepted offer on. I received the same level of service and support from Jake, they also gave a discount on this second survey, which I thought above and beyond. I have used Mike twice in the last year and he was extremely thorough and professional both times. The 1st time round, he helped flag numerous issues with a property that I didn't end up buying due to how much work was required, but his attention to detail and efficiency in getting the report to me, meant I didn't waste any further time or money in the purchase of the property. For the 2nd report, he was just as thorough and helped me proceed with the purchase of my first home. Mike was happy to speak to me over the phone to summarise the visit both times, before sending me the report within a day or two. I highly recommend his services.

RI Building Surveyors were really efficient and professional. They were able to fit me in with a really urgent request and had the report back after 36 hours. The report is detailed and contains pictures and is written clearly so buyers can understand. Would 100% recommend! Also Jo (customer advisor) is really helpful!
