Excellent service and customer care, highly recommended. I called Craig on a Friday and explained the situation that the boiler had failed that morning, he explained that he was very busy and he would attempt to stop by in between jobs to check. True to his words he stopped by and checked and said that he would come back again after his final job for that day, he identified that the boiler fan was defective and after a conversation I requested that a new boiler be fitted. This was Friday evening and by Tuesday midday a new boiler had been procured and fitted with a new Mag filter, the premises left clean and tidy and all redundant parts removed. I did not need to chase for anything which is rare in this day and age. Well done Craig, you have a first class business model.

Highly recommend them. Craig and Lee carried out well managed and excellent Worcester 4000 installation. With excellent communication system throughout the process. They respond to calls, diarise schedules, send reminders and prepared documentation electronically. The work was tidy and left the workplace clean. Came back promptly to correct and finish bits and bobs. Thank you very much.

Fast and incredibly efficient service from Craig. Booked in within a quick time frame and work carried out to a great standard. Craig even re-wired the hive installation as the previous technician had incorrectly fitted it, not to our knowledge. 10/10, thank you. Jess

Got us a new boiler fitted within a few days after ours stopped not long after moving in. Great service, will definitely get in touch with them again for any future plumbing issues.
