I have been really impressed with the team in Chester. Myself and my partner viewed a property last week and loved it, so we put in an application. Ever since we have had fantastic communication from the team, during a very unusual and stressful time for everyone. A massive thank you to Emma, who really went above and beyond to sort things out for our tenancy to begin (and replied very promptly to my panicked emails!) and also to Fran who made the collection of our keys very easy. Really friendly and helpful team - we are very happy to know our property will be managed by Leaders.

We have just started a tenancy through Leaders and I can’t fault them. Saskia in particular has been incredible throughout. Communication, customer service and effectiveness has been the best we’ve ever experienced with an estate agents. We are really excited for this next step and know we are in good hands going forward. We will definitely be staying with them when the time comes to buy a home in the future.

Lauren Bovingdon at Leaders recently arranged the renewal of the tenancy of my house on the Wirral. She was courteous and efficient and I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Property management are efficient, professional and so helpful when we are dealing with property issues. The 2 girls Annie and Sara are an absolute pleasure to work with and make my daily tasks a lot easier. I cant rate these girls highly enough and hope they are appreciated by the company.

I’m a landlord and have used Cavendish for several years. Recently had a new tenancy and was impressed with the way Daniel, Nicola and Amy handled the process. I have also spoken to my tenants who were very happy with the rental process and commented on the professionalism of the staff. Karen and the general management team are also great and the quality of inventory and mid term checks is also excellent.

True professionals, from the start and all the way along the whole team at Cavendish is faultless and will go out of their way to help and advise. If I have any questions, they are dealt with quickly and thoroughly. The team at Cavendish are so knowledgeable across all areas of property and always willing to take the time to share their advice and experience, I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very helpful and efficient staff. I had to find a property to let quickly and from the other end of the country. Daniel made it possible, negotiating with the landlord on my behalf, and Amy was really helpful when I had minor problems submitting some necessary documents.
