Called these gents yesterday late afternoon after a suspected bird in the chimney. They were out the next morning, arrived early and finished the job in less than 30 mins. They were incredibly considerate and explained everything to me and were happy for me to watch (as I’d never seen a chimney being swept before). Grateful for their professionalism, getting a quick appointment and for being able to have a laugh with them too. 10/10 service.

Year after year, this company delivers exceptional service! The team is always friendly, punctual, and courteous, ensuring our chimney is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. They take the time to answer all our questions and provide detailed explanations. The email reminder for the next year's service is a thoughtful touch that I greatly appreciate.

Year on year providing a fantastic service !! Friendly, on time, polite and always do a great job cleaning our chimney, checking all is ok and explaining any questions we may have. We were again very pleased with the professionalism of Adam & his apprentice, they came into the house, laid out all their protective floor protectors and cleaned up everything beautifully. Payment was made whilst they were still here, and an invoice sent through instantly plus the annual certificate and photos. I have already recommended them to my neighbours with fireplaces.

Adam made sure that the lounge carpet and and hall floor was well protected before bringing in the chimney sweeping gear. We even get photos of before an after. Nice job! I had a very informative discussion about the state of our chimney stack and potential improvements. cheers ... Malcolm.

Absolutely a brilliant team! I called them to report a bird was trapped in the chimney stack behind the fireplace of my lounge. I was worried the bird could die if not promptly attended and that bring it could bring infestation to the flat should it have died in the current hot weather. They offered to visit promptly ( within half an hour from the call) for a very reasonable price. They worked efficiently, maintained the flat very clean, they were caring handling the bird and saved its life. They provided a top class sweep of the stack. I can only recommend them 100%.

Always a pleasure having trusty people like Scott and Matt who very kindly visited my house twice to give me the best advice. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The pride and craftsmanship of a family-ran business is second to none. Next appointment in a years time.
