William is super, he's very efficient and responsive, gives clear quote and his team get the job done very quickly. I especially like they provide the report after the repair and explain what happened and what they did to resolve the issue. It's so easy to work with professionals like them.

We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

Excellent service, polite and knowledgeable - call out within the hour at standard rates. Fixed straight away and advice given on how to prevent recurrence. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service from James. Problem source was identified and detailed explanation given. Although there wasn't time to fully rectify the issue on the day, a follow up plan was discussed and all outlets were isolated and capped off awaiting new pipework.
