Have been using Openplan for numerous years. Recently had a small issue with a quartz worktop which was not their fault and they pulled out all the stops to resolve it on time. I purchased a Dekton worktop and tiles for my kitchen and bathrooms. I'm very happy with the customer service I've received from Aki. She provided great customer service, advising me on the right products. I visited the showroom several times and she was very attentive and helpful. When we wanted to extend our house, one of the places we wanted to pay utmost attention was the kitchen since we do a lot of cooking. My wife searched online for the best kitchen as the traditional ones we are familiar with are not just good enough. Luckily we saw the Premium German Kitchen and decided to give it a try. Our contact Mr. Mukesh was particularly helpful during this process. After the installation, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything, from the freezer, fridge, ovum, microwave, dishwasher, hob etc was top class. The units were also classy and appear very strong and durable. We have been enjoying the electric hob which by the way is way too faster than the ones we used previously. I recommend this company 100%. It's money well spent. Linda/Linus.

We are really happy with our new kitchen which we self-installed as part of a renovation/self-build project. We were looking for a quality and durable product and found this at PGK after extensive research of the usual high street (and some bespoke) brands. We found the price for the quality we were looking for was good value for money. Our designer, Daria, in particular was very patient and helpful in working with us as the project evolved. The quality of the renders was excellent in helping us visualise what the finished kitchen would look like, bearing in mind the rooms had yet to be rebuilt. We are aware that the process was perhaps lengthier than usual as our programme took some time, but we didn't ever feel hassled or chased. We had many questions regarding the fitting and one or two glitches but Daria was always helpful in resolving them as quickly as possible and to our satisfaction. We felt supported throughout the entire project and were delighted when Daria visited to see the finished job. We recommend PGK for those who want their entire kitchen project managed or if like us, you have the time and are brave enough to self-fit!
