The Good Care Group should be renamed The Excellent Care Group as that is exactly what they provide. I needed respite care at the last minute for my husband as he was discharged from hospital on the day I was due to go on a much looked forward to holiday. Despite being last minute, the preparations were completed in a professional, calm and comprehensive way. The help and advice I was given demonstrated that he was in experienced hands. Being able to access the daily notes meant I was reassured, felt in touch and could relax. I would definitely recommend and use again, if the need arises.

We have received the best possible care and attention from The Good Care Group from the minute I contacted them some time ago for help. We now have a lovely caring and kind Carer looking after my elderly brother who has a number of health issues and also my sister in law who is relieved to have such an able and caring 'friend' living in. Nothing is too much trouble with Grace driving my brother to appointments, hospital, shopping etc.... and she is also a very good cook which means we know they are both being well fed! As a family, we highly recommend The Good Care Group and we are so grateful that we can depend on them for all the care needed.

I have used The Good Care Group twice for respite care pending organising permanent live-in care with them. They have been marvellous, I cannot fault the service they provide. I feel happy that Mum is getting an excellent level of care and I consider Mum has thrived in their very capable hands. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A company that really cares about their clients, and works with you to find the best carers. I have had many follow-up calls and in-person meetings to ensure I am getting my own needs met. When a carer is not a good fit, Bluebird are proactive in changing them for the right person. It is what all care companies should be, and my carers are fab.

Mum was receiving daily lunchtime visits from Bluebird assistants when she had an early morning fall. None of us could get to the hospital and so the team at Bluebird were able to meet her at the hospital, reassure her and bring her home. Their flexibility and professionalism Is outstanding and the communications throughput were excellent.Thank you.

Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone needing care.

We have been using SweetTree's services for around two years, and I have been very happy with the service and care they provide for my brother, who has also highlighted how happy he is with his support workers and especially SweetTree farm, which he visits once a week and has given him a much-needed purpose and something to look forward to.

We, as a family, have found SweetTree professional, approachable and caring. Thank you. Our son has had care for a few years now and looks forward to his time with his carer. It gives him the opportunity to do things he wants to do independently without us worrying. His carer is caring and supportive of him, allowing him to achieve his own personal goals.

Have always found SweetTree very conscientious and very transparent of what they do/provide. They provide very valuable input about their activities when attending to a client. They raise concerns as and when required regarding actions and care going forward.
