Been here dozens of times over the years and I can’t recall ever having a disappointing meal. On our last visit we had the Cantonese spare ribs which were to die for followed by the house special curry with egg fried rice which was delicious. You get lots of fresh prawn crackers on arrival which went down a treat. The atmosphere is very good although it was fairly quiet on our visit. Manager is a lovely, friendly guy who makes sure that everyone is happy with their experience. Beer and wine are reasonably priced and we are always offered a free liqueur at the end of the meal. Had a sambucca which was the perfect end to a very good night. Would highly recommend a visit if you haven’t been before.

Went as was told had a fully GF menu. Did not disappoint, lovely food, lovely, fast and polite service and a nice atmosphere too. Would 100% recommend. Especially if coeliac.

Saturday Afternoon Special, Food was Hot and delicious, service was great and very polite, Clean restaurant.

My family were surprised to see a good choice of food at this restaurant because we were visiting Newcastle on holidays. It’s not like London but to be honest they were great to provide such good service and warm welcome. The food was good as well with quite a few variety to choose from. I liked their salad counter. I recommend this place for anyone visiting Newcastle. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you team Buffet King.

Great meal, good service, the only reason I gave a 4 for atmosphere is that there aren’t enough large tables for larger groups. Otherwise excellent, gone a few times and likely to keep going.

Tasty food and friendly service. Fair price for all you can eat. It gets very busy so sometimes there is a wait for a table.

Delivered on time food nice and hot and most importantly hot value for money I would definitely recommend the ping-on chop suey house Gateshead thank you for your very tasty Chinese takeaway.

Excellent food at good prices. Very Northern Chinese Old Fashioned Food in Geordie Portions. Open kitchen you can see what’s cooking, where, by whom.

Fresh cut chips. What more could you want. Every dish is amazing.
