Fantastic setting, well designed and decorated.The food was lovely, well presented, and tasted great.A great choice on the menu for all ages. Highly recommended to visit and experience the setting. The beef pad Thai was beautiful and the perfect portion sizes. My 4 year old was very happy with the finger goujons, and chips, as was I. The fish was fresh and none of this processed mush. You have a new customer.

Thaikhun is my favourite restaurant. I would recommend to anyone who loves Thai food. The service is always great and Elisa is the best waitress. She told us everything about the food. For example, what type of food is Halal and what type isn't. She also wished us a Happy Eid Al-adha Mubarak

Aroi maak maak and great atmosphere and decorations.We had satay and chips, duck with Thai basil, chicken with Thai basil and the curry noodle soup. It all tasted smashing! The Thai ice tea is a treat also. Keep it up, would definitely eat here again.

Wonderful restaurant - we're lucky to have it in here in Gateshead. Great food that's authentic of all the different cuisines on offer. We had wonderful Chinese steamed buns and Japanese udon noodles and sushi in the same meal. Exquisite, with great friendly service to match.

We had a lovely evening at Tayu. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a great selection of food on the menu, we ordered lots of things to share and every single dish was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Lovely staff food is probably the best in the north east highly recommend especially for a meal with your partner due to the atmosphere.
