I have been going to Matt for nearly a year now for the initial treatment and now maintenance follow ups. It has helped my back so much. Not only has the discomfort become manageable or stayed away but Matt has made suggestions for day to day habits that have prevented my issue coming back. This is a problem I have always had and just put up with but finally I have seen positive changes through treatment. Matt is very knowledgable and always friendly and welcoming. This practice's wide-ranging expertise and compassion is unbounded. In person and on zoom Mel is reassuring with specific instructions and exercises that always work. She's so knowledgeable in a range of treatments and brings to bear her professionalism on intractable problems. With the problems with my hip/knee and my adult daughter's shoulder the NHS was vague, pessimistic and unhelpful: Mel was precise, optimistic and effective. If I lived in Scotland, I'd travel to Mel for her diagnosis and treatments. A star practitioner.

I am all for the NHS, but with a vague diagnosis and being told I had a possible 12 month healing period from a GP physio, I was quite depressed when I met Mel. Not only did she give me a full explanation of my nerve issues and a tailored exercise plan, but her warm down to earth persona meant I felt very much in control of my neck issue. She did all this without me even meeting her in person which says A LOT. Highly recommend!

Meriel is not only a highly qualified, intelligent and brilliant chiropractor, she is also an amazing, kind person, which makes visiting Horizon an even better experience. The clinic is a lovely, clean, calm environment, and every aspect from booking through to treatment is handled with efficiency and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

I came to best practice with lower back and neck problems that I have suffered with for years and since I have been going I've felt much better for it. The reception is always very welcoming and friendly. Jack is very good at making sure everything is looked at and no time is wasted. Would highly recommend to anyone who has any joint or nerve issues it will definitely help.

Very professional and knowledgeable chiropractor. Sorted out my neck problems in a couple of months and also was able to reassure me about a recent knee injury. Would highly recommend continuing with monthly sessions after the acute problem has been resolved, to make sure you keep on tip-top form.

I have been visiting the practice for over six months with a mild head tremor. I have been mostly treated by Morten. He didn’t make promises that he could make it all better, but it had hugely improved and I have hope I will recover. I value his advice; he is careful and thorough and knowledgeable.
