Since 2012, Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub have offered psychotherapy and counselling in Brighton. Every therapist is qualified and specialist in their profession, enabling the centre to provide the broadest possible variety of counselling services. They offer support for people through short and long-term psychological counselling, psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, as well as couple relationship therapy. They provide a safe room, free of any constraints or expectations to encourage you to understand your situation better and connect with it.

Brighton Psychotherapy Practice provides an opportunity to help you discover, in a comfortable and confidential environment, the nature and extent of your current difficulties. Mark Fletcher is a highly experienced mental health professional who has worked for more than 30 years both in the NHS and private practice and is now in full-time private practice. Mark offers psychoanalytic psychotherapy to people in the Brighton and Hove community who have a range of emotional, psychological, interpersonal, and mental health problems. Each psychotherapy session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted each week on the same day at the same time.
