Anna is always the most helpful person, and makes the experience 10/10. She takes the time, goes through different options, gives useful feedback on frames that do and don’t suit my face, and does not rush me in any way. I am a very regular customer because of this. SHE NEEDS A PAY RISE!! Nobody better for the job in my opinion :)

Greeted on opening by a splendid array of friendly staff. Engaged in a bit of levity which is always nice at an opticians because, let's be honest, going to the opticians is normally kind of awful. Dom, the person who drew the short straw to optometrise my eyes was a marvellous, diligent and affable human. Interested in looking after us. Thorough and caring check, no hard sell. More friendly, happy banter in leaving. Great stuff.

Vision Express Opticians patiently explored a variety of options with me and gave detailed explanations regarding eye health and appropriate treatments or solutions. I felt I was in good hands, and will certainly return to them for future needs.

Great customer service at Specsavers. Peter was particularly helpful and attentive. Helping me to make the right choices in glasses. Nothing was too much trouble, and I greatly appreciate his assistance. I always feel things are run well there and I feel confidant I will be taken care of.

3rd visit to correct purchased glasses & I believe all is now well! Nick patiently measured & adjusted my new frame until the vision & fit is good. Specsavers are always so willing to make sure the customer is happy however many trips or adjustments.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Peter who helped me choose my frames and gave good advice. Although the shop was busy I felt I was given the time and attention I needed.

Received my glasses the same day as my eye test! They cut them there and then. Excellent service and a high quality product. Far better experience here than any other in town. The optician provided a thorough service and answered all of my questions.

Popped in as a tourist to get one of the nose pads on my glasses replaced. The helpful staff member not only did that, but gave my glasses a tune up - and didn't charge me a thing. Lovely service! Thank you!

Jamie has always provided my wife & I with a great welcome & service. Often complimented by his delightful son in tow. With so much competition now in brighton it is good that customer service like this rides as high as the choice of frames on offer.
