The whole Centre exudes a high level of expertise and care. All staff are brilliant, always with a smile and very positive attitude. The treatment was really effective and has helped me regain full mobility for an old shoulder injury. They also checked my entire spine and identified a problem in my neck that was causing me regular headaches every 1-2 days. SInce starting treatment I haven't had a headache for 4 weeks! Simply life changing. Seems a bit bombastic but that's my experience of Bodywell. I had my first chiropractic adjustment two months ago to treat uncontrollable asthma and back pain - after the first session I was back running and had no pain from my back. Two months on I am more active, faster than ever and have signed up to do my first marathon. On top of that I have had no hay fever this season and my problems with reflux have also settled down. I cannot recommend Sarah enough, I was travelling to Canterbury and I had had serious issues with my back since a car crash last November. I’ve been to many physiotherapists who have not been able to provide me with any relief, I spoke to Sarah, who was more than happy to see me the very next day. She was hands-on for an hour and provided me with immediate relief. I was put completely at ease and given a recovery plan to help me moving forward. If you have any issues I would highly recommend contacting Sarah who has worked wonders on my spine. 10/10, thank you so much for realigning my posture and completely alleviating my pain. When I’m next visiting the in-laws I will be making another appointment to keep the process going.
