Our dog had an emergency CT scan yesterday and the care and compassion was fantastic. Not only for our woofy but also for us as my husband had a medical incident whilst running through her treatment. I cannot thank the vets enough and the other staff who took it in their stride and saw to my husband as well as our dog: I’m sorry I don’t know all your names to mention you personally but your acts of kindness were amazing. Thank you for sharing your staff biscuits.

I really can't find the right words to say how grateful i am to everyone at barton vets . Their care and dedication to my cat "Dotty" definitely saved her life !!. They were all very kind to me as I was a total wreck . She stayed 5 nights and 6 days . They brought her back from the brink . I will be eternally grateful to everyone there Thankyou thankyou thankyou.

Bourne Veterinary Practice is an outstanding practice. After a lifetime of animal family members, I have been a client for many years since the practice opened, and during that time I cannot think of a single thing to fault. The vets and nurses are professional and clinically brilliant as well as kind, approachable & genuinely caring about your animal companion. The reception staff are amazing, kind, welcoming and extremely efficient. I do not hesitate to recommend this Veterinary Practice.

We heard about this business through a friend, and we were very pleased with the service supplied. From making an appointment, arriving for the consultation going on to the treatment we found the process a very pleasant experience. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly knowledgeable and made us feel assured of a good service.

Lovely vets, easily accessible with a very clean and calm reception are. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful and the vet was very knowledgeable and great with my new puppy.

I was on holiday in Canterbury when my miniature schnauzer start heaving . As we were returning home the following day I wanted my dog seen before going home I went to Vets 4 Pets and our dog was seen very quickly by the vet. The vet explained everything we needed to know and was very professional. The receptionist was also very helpful in our miniature schnauzer being seen very quickly. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a vet in Canterbury Sturry Road to go to Vets 4 Pets

Friendly and professional service received as I always do from here. This time was for a prescription enquiry. Thankfully (in the sense of my cat staying well and injury free) I don't have to visit very often and it's mostly routine checkups, but every time I do, the service is impeccable.

All the vets I've seen here recently have been incredibly good with my rats. I've had a lot of problems in the past trying to get the right treatment for them so it's been a huge weight off my shoulders to have a vet that's well informed and receptive :3
