The optician who conducted my examination was thorough and took the time to address all my concerns. The range of eyewear options available was impressive. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Specsavers to anyone in need of eye care.

Attended the SEN clinic appointment and it was perfect for my son. The most stress free optician appointment we’ve had in the 14 years my son has worn glasses. Done before the store opens he was offered a fidget toy on arrival, minimal waiting, and fantastic and friendly staff. A brilliant idea of Rachel, the store manager, and hopefully other stores will follow this example.

Just had a brief visit at Boots opticians Canterbury to repair my glasses. Awesome service from Earland, friendly, effective and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this branch without reservation.

Both Angel and Rachel were fantastic and made the entire process enjoyable. Throughout the appointment I was made to feel comfortable, there was good interaction and conversation with every detail being carefully explained to me. It is always so refreshing when you are made to feel relaxed and welcome, especially at any form of medical appointment. Angel explained all the necessary details clearly. Despite always taking a bit of time to choose my frames, Rachel was very patient and friendly. Five star service all round.
