I came to the clinic with significant knee pain which was prevented me from exercising on a regular basis. Mark swiftly diagnosed me with patella tendinopathy and treated me with shockwave therapy, as well as aptly suggesting various strengthening exercises for me to conduct on a regular basis both throughout and beyond treatment. Since then my knees have been rejuvenated and have not caused me any further issues. I would highly recommend Mark and his team at Lexden if one is seeking private health care for muscular-skeletal issues.

I would highly recommend Sophie at Lexden Chiropractors. I was recommended Sophie by a family member as a result of a running injury I suffered and I honestly wish I had seen her sooner. She was so helpful, kind and understanding towards me and with her support I feel back to normal again. Communication was always excellent and I always felt like I was in the best of hands. I went to Wayne with a terrible back pain. He was very gentle in his approach and managed to find the underlying problem. He has provided me with professional help directly on my back along with additional advice on how to continue home care. Wayne has provided documentation to forward to employees and a full report on my condition. I am still undergoing work on my back with Wayne and feel confident that I will come out feeling much better than when I went in.

I've been twice to see Tom for general assessment & treatment, and will be getting more booked in. Tom is clearly very knowledgeable, explains everything and takes the time to properly listen and understand what's going on. The treatment plan (which covered a range of options) & after care advice were also explained and have been very effective. Thank you!

Dr Wayne Elphinstone knowledge was fascinating! He explained everything to me in the technical terms and then in a way that I understood. Lovely atmosphere and a genuine guy. Would highly recommended going to see him.

Bex is extremely professional. She diagnosed the problem straightaway and removed the referred pain,then worked on the source. Bex uses a range of techniques to alleviate the pain and gave useful exercises and advice to continue treatment at home. I would strongly recommend Bex.

The advice and treatment I have received has been amazing. After the first session I could feel the benefits immediately and I as soon able to get back to doing things that had been too painful before. Could not recommend highly enough.
