I worked with Claudia during a time when there were a lot of changes in my life within a short space of time. As someone who was new to therapy I was apprehensive but also committed to making some positive changes in my life. From the very first session Claudia made me feel safe. Her positive energy and smile sets the tone and always puts me at ease and in a balanced state to dive deep. Every session was different and in a short space of time we were able to cover a lot of ground. As a result I looked forward to my sessions every week. Finding a therapist that is right for you is of the utmost importance, in my case Claudia was amazing and I look forward to working with her in future sessions.

Claudia is fantastic at what she does and I would recommend her to everyone. Sessions with Claudia gave me the chance to feel listened to and understood. Claudia really helped me break down different areas I was struggling with and surprised me with how quickly I was able to deal with some of the things I've been struggling with for years. Claudia helped me work towards my goals and giving me tips that changed my way of thinking which helped bring me more joy in my life.

Working with Claudia has changed my life! She made me feel seen, understood and accepted at every single step in our journey and provided me with tools to lead a better life. I’ve worked with Tracy for a while now to address my previous struggles with drug and alcohol addiction, as well as some deep-rooted mental health challenges that were impacting my relationship. The experience has been nothing short of life-changing. She has an incredible way of helping me see things from a fresh perspective, and each session leaves me feeling more hopeful. I genuinely look forward to our sessions, knowing that no matter what troubles I face, Tracy will guide me to understand and overcome them. I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I’ve received over the years and highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and effective counselling.
