I've been very impressed with the care I've received. Very knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. I like the app that gives me reminders to do my physio exercises and I liked that I was checked that I performed them correctly before I left the clinic. The exercises really work, I've been able to strengthen my hip instability, that was causing me knee pain, and get back to running. I also like that Craig tested and recorded the strength of my knee so I could see how that improved. I also visited with an aching hip recently and that is improving with the exercises. Worth every penny.

My experience of physiotherapy from start to finish has been that of professionalism and knowledge alongside compassion and understanding. What really stands out for me is how Craig was always willing to work with me where I was in that moment in time. I always felt valued and cared for and with his help have achieved good results. A big thank you to Craig and his team!

The treatment I've received from Katrina has been outstanding. After experiencing excruciating pain in my right leg radiating from my lower back to my big toe I made an appointment at bodyworks. I'd unfortunately all but given up with my local NHS. A combination of exercises, and Katrina working her magic on my piriformis muscle and I'm no longer taking painkillers. All this has been achieved for me in two weeks. I can highly recommend Bodyworks for their professionalism, support and expertise.

I was referred to Bodyworks regarding a knee injury linked to running. The whole experience from first contact, through diagnosis, and follow-up exercise plan, was both supremely smooth and professional, whilst at the same time being very relaxed and human. Thank you Bodyworks and Katrina!
