Not been with Chiropractor before in my life but was recommended to see Silke about my many years of back pain. She is very professional with diagnosed the problem and apply course of treatments. Over months of regular visit my back pain become less, and she also manage to fix my shoulder and neck problem within visits. She always listens and provide explanation of the problem and method of treatment. 5 stars from me.

Silke was a true professional and helped alleviate some long term office syndrome issues. Easy to schedule appointments and also solid value for money. Would highly recommend her.

Silke has been really helpful in treating my rotator cuff issue - she's a good listener and she's been flexible in putting together a treatment plan that works with my situation. I'd like to say a big thank you!

I contacted the practice initially as I was experiencing a lot of upper back pain. Tessa’s approach not only helped me with this but my posture is improved and my overall health. We attend as a family and it helps us really focus on our spinal health. Keep up the good work you do Tessa.

When I first met Tessa at Westmorland County Show I was stiff and in pain with back and particularly neck. I’d had to give up bowls as I couldn’t bend my neck. However it took a little while but I found I was feeling freer and more energised. I now unconsciously use breathing techniques to control stress and managing my daily routine so with maintenance sessions with Tessa I am feeling so… much better. It’s not quick fix but the effects are lasting with a bit of self help and Tessa’s wonderful hands and care. Thank you.

I began seeing Tessa to help me solve ongoing issues with mobility in my neck, jaw and shoulders. I began with an intensive course of treatments, but even after the first session it was as though a cork had been pulled out of a bottle. I was so much more comfortable and able to move more freely. I am a power lifter, and after 6 weeks of treatment I feel stronger than ever. I have found that my technique has improved and I am easily lifting competitive weights despite a reduced training schedule.
