I had Omni’s new service of Facial Dry Needling a few days ago and it was surprisingly lovely for needles in your face! Rhiannon takes great care to explain the treatment and puts you at ease. Omni’s service includes a massage whilst the needles are in position, which is testament to Rhiannon’s care and passion for what she does as other therapists/companies would leave the room and do something else. I had no marks from the needling and came out relaxed and looking forward to my next treatment. A true pro!

I booked the Stretch massage as part of my recovery after a few tough races over the previous weeks. Brilliant massage targeting problematic areas, I would highly recommend this option for any athlete or someone with a physically demanding job, you will not be disappointed.

I‘ve booked the Calm full body massage and love it! Rhiannon is kind and caring and I definitely recommend a treatment.

Total haven in Lancaster - Nicola and Toni have turned this into a fabulous space, both uplifting and cosy. Nicola is the best massage therapist I've ever been to, I can't recommend her highly enough, whether you've a specific ache or pain, or just want a therapeutic, soothing or rejuvenating experience. She has a wealth of expertise, a real passion for her work, and is a warm, generous and relatable person. Her pregnancy yoga classes are also brilliant. Mediation tuition with Toni is also life changing, and I've been to some excellent day workshops at Exhale too. Something for everyone here at highly competitive prices - check it out!

Exhale is one of those places that when you walk through the door you instantly feel relaxed. Nicola is an amazing Massage Therapist who knows her anatomy and physiology. The techniques she applies always sorts out aches and pains. The space is clean and warm. I highly recommend Exhale and Nicola.

Nicola is a superb therapeutic masseur - I go regularly for an historic back/shoulder problem and her 'magic' treatments keep me on track so that I can function. She is also a lovely compassionate human being - which is a bonus!
