I cannot fault the team at Vets4Pets, Lancaster. sadly, we had to make the decision to have our cat, Kai, put to sleep after 18 years. The compassion and care from the team was superb. I would like to add a special mention for Andrew who answered the telephone for his wonderful friendly and compassionate manner. The waiting area is spacious and warm and the receptionists friendly and caring. I am happy to recommend Vets4Pets to anyone I meet.

I have used this practice since they were new and they have always gone out of their way to support me and my furry family. I want to give a thank you to Liz who is always so enthusiastic to see my cats. She is fantastic and knowing she was around to give love to my cat when getting neutered gives me such comfort. Thank you Liz and thank you vets4pets Lancaster.

I have 5 cats at vets for pets now, the care they receive is amazing and very professional! Vicki the pet health advisor goes above and beyond for your pets, it’s never too much for her if you need anything. She is a credit to the team and a lovely woman.

TOP 3 BAY VETS REVIEWS

Visited the Lancaster surgery whilst travelling in the area on a camping holiday. Although it’s never a positive experiment when you have to go to the vets as an emergency we gave the surgery 5*. The reception staff were really friendly and gave Blue lots of cuddles and the occasional treat. The vet was able to meet us before our appointment time which we really appreciated. She was both professional and helpful and couldn’t have done anymore for our dog. Thank you.

We had another excellent visit to the Lancaster branch of Bay vets yesterday. My cat, Sammy, had his annual check up and booster. We saw a vet called Aneta who was fantastic. She was very thorough as well as really caring towards Sammy. As always the reception staff were lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. I can highly recommend Bay Vets.

My cats neck was infected when he scratch it so it was bleeding, the vet gave him some antibiotics and it cleared up his infected neck. His hair can grow back.

My cat has received consistently high standards of care from Lanes Vets. They are thorough, knowledgeable, explain things clearly and communicate what is happening throughout any care they are providing. They understand pets are a part of the family which is reassuring at times I have been worried about my cats health. The systems they have for making appointments, providing information for insurance claims etc is also super efficient and straightforward.

My dog was seen promptly on arrival by the vet. She was very friendly and polite and was very efficient at resolving my dog's issues. I would strongly recommend this vet, they are always great to deal with.

Lanes Vets have looked after my pets for over 20 years and I have always been very happy with their care and advice. The staff are friendly and really show sn interest in the health and well being of their patients. My boys are always happy to visit and that suits me.
