I booked an assessment at Epoch in March. The results showed that my body wasn't in great shape but the great news was that the damage could all be reversed. Since then I have embarked on a journey towards better health than I have had for years. I am losing weight, getting fitter and have more energy. Also, at my progress examination, I was told that I had made such progress that I only have to see Sophie once a week. This is amazing as its only 6 weeks since I began my treatment! Epoch's approach is to treat the whole body and not just the damaged/injured parts of the body. It really works! Why not come along and see what they can do for you?!

My journey at Epoch has been absolutely brilliant. It changed my life for better, I have significantly less pressure and pain in my back and neck, can sleep all night through without waking up constantly. My chiropractorJoyce is absolutely fantastic. She is a very professional and lovely person.I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with back and neck pain, she is great and knows her stuff. We had an appointment with Darren yesterday for my 5 year old daughter who has many complex additional needs. Darren was very attentive and listened to all our concerns, he made sure to answer everything in detail. He talked us through everything step by step and made sure that we were happy with everything being discussed. He discussed a treatment plan and gave us some at home exercises to do with our daughter. He gave very appropriate recommendations. Overall we are very happy with the experience and look forward to our next appointment which is in a months time.

Darren is brilliant! Extremely knowledgable and very patient and contentious. Really enjoyed learning more about how the help my daughter’s progress! My daughter wants to come back every day . Thank you!

I have needed help with my back on two separate occasions. The first time, I had already visited other practitioners who could not find the source of the problem. Lisa knew what it was straight away and a few visits later I was pain-free. On the second occasion I didn't waste time going anywhere else, and this time it was Amy who saved the day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I visited Hykeham chiropractic clinic with lower back issues. The treatment I received from Kristina has been fantastic, she is a great chiropractor. When I first visited I was desperate to get the pain under control to stop taking medication, as well as being able to move more freely, she has worked wonders. I had 6 visits and would recommend her to anyone.

Have been helped by Stavros to get my dodgy back sorted out and get back out running again. They've got my quality of life back in a very short space of time. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
