I visited this vets while on holiday with my Springer Spaniel. The service was excellent right from the start with the receptionist getting us booked in for the same day, the greeting we had in the waiting room when we arrived, the vet listened to all my concerns, she was so thorough in her examination and she genuinely cared about my dog. Everything was explained clearly and completely. Fantastic experience I would thoroughly recommend this practice, thank you VH vets.

This practice has been amazing with all of our animals since we found the practice. We have 2 dogs and a cat who all have different needs when being seen which have always been really well catered to. When we lost our older dog the staff were incredibly compassionate and respectful.

A fantastic, caring and professional independent practice. Our three dogs have all received excellent care, one of whom has ongoing health issues, that has been provided in an inclusive and caring manner that’s has put their welfare first. Thank you.

Fantastic surgery. All the staff including the receptionists and the vet were attentive to my needs and they really cared well for my pet. There were no hidden extras in the price either. The vet was excellent explaining everything clearly and giving me options to consider. I am very grateful to this surgery who are 100% better than the previous one I went to. Can't recommend them enough.

All the staff here are very polite and friendly. Good knowledge, advice and experience.... They bend over backwards to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble! And my dog always gets a biscuit! I would highly recommend them.

We cannot praise the staff high enough, we were treated with respect, and the care shown by everyone concerned was 100% they were so professional and caring towards us and our cat.

They treat our dog Mylo with care and respect and are incredibly patient with him! I am always fully informed and supported, the reception team are fantastic with Mylo and with me when we come to visit and I have never had any issues with the practice at all! I'm very grateful to have Park View as our vets for nearly 12 years now and as Mylo is entering geriatric age they are helping me better understand his changing needs - I know if I am ever worried I just need to give them a call and they are there to help. Thank you!!!

I love this vets. My Cat who was traumatised at our last vets is so much happier here. The staff are lovely, whether it's the vet, veterinary nurses and reception staff, all are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Value for money and I haven't found long waiting times.

Staff extremely helpful and considerate. Unfortunately our dog was seriously I'll and had to be put to sleep, but staff were incredibly courteous and understanding. Three days later we received a sympathy card and a small pack of forget-me-not seeds to scatter in remembrance of our dog. A lovely gesture. Thank you to all at Park View.
