Excellent service at the Lincoln store Specsavers. My husband and I haven't been to to the opticians, embarrassingly, for many years. However the staff were very supportive and helpful. I had to bring my small children to store due to summer holidays and the store was very accommodating, friendly and kind to our family - plenty of room for a pram on the ground floor and lots of seating available. My husband had help every step of the way when sorting his prescription and choosing his glasses which we really appreciated - particularly thank you to Madeleine for the help. Overall great service and we look forward to future appointments with this store.

went for an eye test and the service was amazing. felt super comfortable and everything was explained very clearly. Wanted to pick out some new frames as well and Madelaine was incredible at helping me choose the right style and made the process so much fun. Would highly recommend going here.

This was my first ever eye test, everyone was so lovely and friendly. Martin was great in supporting me with picking some glass,s and helped me pick out some very nice glass,s. kirsty was super efficient in getting measurements and talking me through the next steps. Would highly recommend

Absolutely first class eye examination, very thorough, no stone left unturned using state of the art equipment, highly impressive! All staff highly professional, very friendly, I felt confident and comfortable that I was in the hands of experts at all times. My choice of vary-focal lenses with new prescription were tailored to my need to bring in a frame that they no longer provided, which I was able to source online. Objective advice with no profit to Boots was also given regarding other prescription sunglasses sourced from the US, which has saved me a lot of money. All in all, from eye test to lens purchase, everything was first class and completely unlike some other high street providers. I highly recommend Boots Opticians!

I felt that the optician was thorough and measured in his dealings with me, and I had some pleasant banter with the ladies on duty. Despite getting a provisional diagnosis of an eye condition that I would have preferred not to have received, it was an altogether pleasant experience. I am so glad that I opted for the enhanced retinal scans otherwise my condition would not have been found. I would recommend people to access this facility.
