Great experience at Red Roof clinic. Angela took great care and time to remove all callus and corns from my feet. She provided lots of advice on exercises I could do to improve the posture of my feet, as well as creams and footwear that would also be useful. She was very friendly and professional. I went to rhe Red Roof Clinic for the first time following an accident to get my toe nails clipped as I couldn't manage. Right from making my appointment to receiving treatment I found the podiatrist extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The clinic is clean, Covid procedures are followed. I came out feeling so much better following the exceptional treatment I received which was so much more than just nail clipping & much needed.She gave me advice regarding an old injury whilst treating my feet. I also felt like I'd made a new friend. It is money well spent. I will certainly be returning for another appointment & making this a more regular part of my routine.

Visited here after a consultants appointment at BMI. The consultant missed an ulcer on my foot but RedRoofs spotted it straight away. Following some bone massage to re align some displaced bones, removal of the ulcer and application of corrective padding, after months of pain I literally skipped out of the surgery.... amazing! Thank you Red roofs.

I cannot praise Matthew enough. I went at the beginning of June because of a suspected fungal nail. I had been to another podiatrist earlier that year who could not tell what it was. Their exact words were: it might be fungus, it might not. NHS does not do nail clippings on toenails anymore. I was getting worried that if I left it too long it would get a lot worse. When Matthew saw my toenail he immediately said it was not fungus but a systemic issue - low iron levels, or thyroid. He also recommended to not trim the nail too low, and give it time to reattach (the exact opposite recommendation I was given by the other podiatrist). Combined with the fact I had been feeling very tired I decided to go to the GP again and ask for blood tests. Soon enough I found out I had folate deficiency! I also had a nail clipping test done privately in my home country - no fungus! I followed Matthew's advice and my nail is looking so much better now. So glad I went to him.

An excellent experience - Matt treated me for a chronic plantar fasciitis condition that had prevented me from playing sport for months. The shockwave therapy sessions had a real impact, and turned a non-improving injury to one that progresses swiftly. Matt made the sessions personable, and we discussed a number of supporting strategies, such as exercises, that sped up recovery. He helped take me from a grumpy, in-pain sportsman to now having my freedom again. Thanks so much.

I had a very large verruca on the ball of my foot which was making it extremely painful to walk. Sean was recommended to me after I saw a couple of podiatrists who told me that there was no treatment and I just had to wait for them to go away on their own or try a very painful and invasive needling procedure. Sean used the Swift microwave treatment and it took 2 sessions with Swift to kill it. It didn’t hurt and I am amazed at how effective it was . Sean is wonderful and has such a professional gentle manner and I am so grateful that I can get my hiking boots back on and walk without pain for the first time in a long while.

Sean is fantastic. Very supportive, calm and professional. Sorted out my feet with orthotics, such that I was able to complete the Yorkshire and National Three Peaks. Prior to seeing Sean I had issues with my knees and back when hiking, now those issues are a thing of the past. I wouldn't recommending going anywhere else. 5* service.

Wonderful treatment and sorted my problem feet that I had been battling with for a few years. The treatment took a bit of time because of the problem but Sean was patient and persistent with the right treatment and now I have ‘foot confidence’ again which is all thanks to Sean. I simply can’t recommend Sean and Carol highly enough are. Effective treatment, lovely people. Thank you very much.
