As a mum of 4 with 3, 3 and under I'm always having to carry someone or crawl around on the floor and my back inevitably suffers as a result. Dr Martin Laking has been treating my back for a few years now and I honestly don't know how I'd cope without it. Excellent care, I highly recommend.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Shelley when I needed chiropractic treatment several years ago. Because I work long hours on a computer I have continued to visit the clinic on a regular basis to have my back adjusted. Shelley has also given me advice to make my work environment better for me. After a hard-working week I look forward to visiting Shelley, knowing that I will definitely walk out feeling fitter then when I went in. I am also proud to say that at 77 years of age I am the only one amongst my group of friends who can get up from a chair or climb the stairs without groaning! Thanks Shelley.

I have always suffered from lower back pain until a friend recommended Dr Shelley. My back was stopping me enjoying my lifestyle and achieving my fitness goals. I am thankful to Dr Shelley who has treated me with a holistic approach and I am now pain free and much more mobile. I go every few weeks to get topped up and ensure I stay on track. I recommend to all my friends and patients.

I have been going to Dr Shelley for several years now. I have arthritis in my neck and was unable to turn my head very to either side. Of course I still have arthritis but after regular treatment my mobility is 100% improved. I have also had adjustments in my back and pelvis and this helped with my walking and posture. I've been going to the Lymington Chiropractic Clinic for several years, and my visits with Colin and Hannah have helped me so much. After some initial treatment sessions with Colin, I now have regular massages with Hannah. These are excellent. Hannah is very caring and attentive, and I always feel better after her massages. I recently tried a couple of Reiki sessions with her, and these were amazing-very relaxing and therapeutic. I feel so fortunate to have such fantastic treatments so close to home. Thank you!

Gareth has helped me immensely. I do ultra challenges and the treatment I get from Gareth is excellent. He does pre and post challenge massage which helps with relieving the stress to muscles and ligaments caused by hours and hours of off road walking/climbing . I would thoroughly recommend him.

I walked into the clinic with sciatic problems. Wasn’t sure what to expect from the treatments but I have to say Fiona has worked miracles! She is so knowledgeable and gives out amazing advice. The whole team are very friendly and would highly recommend this clinic especially Fiona. Your back and adjoining parts will thank you for it.
