The skilled therapists at The Hidden Sanctuary provided a truly rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation which was very therapeutic. I highly recommend The Hidden Sanctuary to anyone seeking a top-notch massage in a tranquil setting. The professionalism and expertise of the staff, combined with the soothing ambiance, made it a standout destination for me during my short trip in Lymington. I can't wait to return for another visit! This was quite possibly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable facials in a long time - the combination of deep cleanse, infra red, and the incredible neck, heck and shoulder massage was just amazing. The cherry on the cake was that Claire was one of the most magical therapists I have had the pleasure to spend time with. Excellent value for money, a real bespoke and personal service.

Wonderful treatment today from Katie, she is lovely and her knowledge is excellent and used several different techniques and treatments to help with my tennis elbow and body balancing. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Angie went out of her way to accommodate me as I was very much in need of a massage. She is excellent at what she does. The session was relaxing and enjoyable and I felt much relief as a result. I highly recommend trying Thai massage as a modality for releasing tension and enhancing energy lines. It works and Angie knows her stuff!

I had the best Thai massage with Angie from Jasmine Thai today. She is so knowledgeable about the body, mind and spirit, a truly holistic treatment. I felt absolutely amazing after, my body felt so free. I can't wait for my next treatment.

This is the second massage at Jasminethai Therapy and afterwards I felt invigorated, flexible and standing straighter and taller. The benefits feel great.

Enjoyed a relaxing and enlightening day with my teenage daughter at Jan’s well-being day. She taught us new skills and refreshed old techniques for mindfulness and self care. Met new inspiring people in a relaxing, beautiful environment with gardens full of the first optimistic signs of spring. We are continuing to use our skills to help deal with the stresses of everyday life. I’d highly recommend any of Jan’s workshops and treatments. She is warm , friendly and promotes unselfconscious fun.She is a fantastic massage therapist better than any others I’ve used.

Myself and my wife visited Jan this weekend for a Deep therapeutic massage. When we arrived we were greeted by Jan who is a lovely lady, and made us feel so welcomed. My wife had an hour treatment and myself a 40 min. The massage was amazing with both of us feeling refreshed and free of lots of knots built up over time. When either of us were waiting for the other we visited the multiple shops on the high street, making for an enjoyable trip out. We will definitely be coming back to Jan the next time we are in the area.

Travelled from Cardiff for a break and booked with ease for a facial and massage. Easy to find, beautiful and relaxing environment with a professional, friendly and knowledgeable therapist. I can highly recommend Janice. Pretty sure I fell asleep, but left there feeling relaxed and happy. X
