I was cynical at first but I've been attending here for 4 weeks now and I've never felt better. Everyone here is so lovely and Dr Sylvia Lye has been amazing. I came here after having spine and hip pain for years and for the first time in a long time I'm pain free. Dr Lye explains everything to you and makes you feel at ease. I've found everything from arranging the initial consultation to planning my bookings so easy to do and you also get automatic reminders about your appointments to. They have made this whole thing so stress free and I really can't recommend them enough. The treatment I've had and the advice I've been given really made a big difference to my quality of life.

Me and my husband have been going to BodyEvolve for the last few months,as we have always had bad posture, and lower back pain. Months on, no pain and I stand a lot better. The team are lovely and really look after you,we can't thank then enough for there expertise,professional way they look after everyone with there needs. Well done ladies, I would highly recommend you, 10%.

I could not recommend Anne and her team enough. I never had any debilitating issues, however I had a troublesome shoulder that would flare up every few weeks and I just felt quite low in general. Since starting with Anne in February, I have not had any shoulder pain or niggles. In general, I feel my breathing is better and my overall wellbeing has improved. They genuinely care about you and I can't wait for my session each week. Thank you!

I have been coming to see Anne for the past couple of months due to pain in my hip, back and feet. I have felt a huge improvement and i am no longer in pain all day. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and the wellness centre just has a lovely calming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door, wish i had known about it sooner!
