Went to this place on my friends recommendation and wow it was amazing. I have never been for a professional massage before so really wasn’t sure what to expect and was honestly a bit nervous but I was reassured straight away with how kind and welcoming the ladies were. The place smelt amazing as soon as we arrived (me and my friend went together) and they went through everything with us beforehand asking about pressure and any problem areas. I explained I don’t know about either as I am a newbie but they reassured me just to communicate throughout and they will go off what I prefer. They explained it’s important to tell them if you want more or less pressure as everyone prefers it differently so have to go off communication. The atmosphere in both the reception/waiting area and the treatment rooms were so peaceful and tranquil! The massage itself was AMAZING. I felt so relaxed, I actually think I fell asleep at one point! I asked once for the pressure to be eased and it was done instantly and it remained at that pressure for the rest of the time. I left feeling like a new woman. I slept like a baby that night! Me and my friend have decided to make it a regular thing as a treat to ourselves. Literally have no bad comments. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

Amazing, BEST THAI MASSAGE in Manchester. They really went above and beyond to make you comfortable. We had a couples massage at 11am for one hour. Ann really stretched out my body, cracked my neck, cracked my back and everything you could expect from a Thai massage. Excellent customer service from the point of entry. Definitely coming back with my Mrs. If you are questioning if it’s worth it. Take this as your sign.

Just enjoyed a FANTASTIC couples massage. I had deep-tissue massage and my partner had an aromatherapy massage. The lady masseurs were excellent, friendly, snd professional, and put us at ease straight away. The BEST experience! Will definitely be booking again. Thank you.

Great service from local massage centre. I pulled a muscle packing my suitcase for my return from holiday...soon followed by a long and uncomfortable plane ride. I was able to get an appointment the next day using my Members Discount to get a great deal on a Deep Tissue massage with Callum. Following the treatment and the aftercare advice my back recovered really quickly and 4 days later I was able to complete a 13 mile hike. Thank you Body and Mind team.

I have regular Indian head massages at Body & Mind. I have regular Indian head massages at mind and body which is something I always look forward to and come away feeling relaxed . Just want say a big thank you to Tina the acupuncturist. I have been in incredible pain with sciatica which is now non-existent. She is professional, explaining everything she is doing and why and made me completely at ease. I am looking forward to my next treatment with her in a couple of weeks. I was hesitant as to receiving acupuncture but now I’m a convert!

Had the most relaxing and stress relieving treatment from Joanne at The Full Spectrum. This was over an hour of pure bliss in wonderful tranquil settings. It involved massage, facial crystal treatment and Indian head massage. Joanne checks every step of the way that you are comfortable. The Stress Buster treatment did exactly that and I felt rested, relaxed and reposed. Highly recommend Joanne and The Full Spectrum for your self care, holistic and well being needs.

I've been seeing Jo at The Full Spectrum Centre for over 7 years. I visit a couple of times a month for a range of treatments and always come out feeling relaxed, less stressed, less tense and well looked after. I can highly recommend the pregnancy treatments which served me Very well during both my pregnancies. Very highly recommended.
