I have recently experienced my first remodelling therapy session with the gentle giant that is Ryan. It was a most relaxing therapy and I felt as if my body was being realigned. Every movement was done gently and effortlessly assisted by Ryan. My limbs were gently repositioned and it felt like I was being given the ability to move more easily. I felt like falling asleep and am sure I would have done had it not been for my phone ringing ( this is a first for me I usually switch it off but forgot to, annoyingly!). The one hour session just flew by and following it I felt, as mentioned before, as if my body had been restored to its correct alignment. I felt totally relaxed and as I walked I did so with a better posture. If you have any aches and pains I would totally recommend this treatment to you. I have been being treated for a cartilage problem by Maria. My condition is now greatly improved. Recently I experienced a trapped nerve done the side of my leg.
