My experience with Naturally Empowered has been nothing but amazing. The initial screening test blew my mind and I have told many friends about the experience, and exercises we did. Olaf is full of knowledge and really put things into perspective for me. Most importantly though, the actual adjustments have done wonders on my back and neck (so it's not just talk). Having experienced daily pain in those areas for the last 10 years or so (all of my adult life), I had accepted that pain was simply part of my everyday. But after just a few weeks with Olaf I noticed massive improvements. The constant pain has disappeared, and I feel much more aware of my body and how it functions.

What can I say that can describe how healing on a physical, mental,emotional and spiritual level Olafs gentle approach and treatments have been. Bilal has been treating me for over a year . In this time the improvement in my condition has been remarkable. When I first saw Bilal I couldn't sleep or even sit properly and had severe pain in my arm amongst other places. He has been treating me for chronic moderate cervical facet syndrome. My condition improved dramatically over the first few sessions and then continued to improve steadily over the next few months. I now attend on a monthly basis so he can help me manage this condition. Bilal is very friendly and professional. I can't thank him enough for his great work.

Can't recommend highly enough. I had suffered with lower back pain for 5 months, physio didn't help, stretches eased the pain slightly but I still could do my usual exercise due to pain.
