I was in a particularly difficult spot as it's my wedding this weekend and in the middle of all the organising I had completely forgotten to get a pair of contact lenses for my big day. Me and my fiancée came into this branch and were lucky enough to be serve by Omayna. Initially I thought she was just a receptionist but after explaining my situation to her she turned out to be one of your optometrists and she invited me into the examination room. Within 15 minutes I was walking our with a pair of contact lenses that were almost identical to my prescription. Me and my fiancée couldn't believe our luck as we had tried other branches and independent opticians only to be told that they couldn't help at such short notice. Only if more people were as helpful as her! She absolutely made sure that I don't use any other opticians in the future.

An excellent service from start to finish. In particular, I wanted to mention how amazing Neil was in assisting with finding the perfect glasses. The style I liked weren’t currenrly stocked and Neil went above and beyond to find the perfect ones and order them in. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the great service by Sidra this evening despite being really busy and not many staff around. I needed an urgent repair to my glasses and Sidra sorted things out with no issues. Thank you!!

Very helpful when my husband attended an urgent eyecare appointment recently. Optician was very thorough and much more knowledgeable than a previous optician he saw for his new eye condition. He will be using them as his regular optician now.

Love Love Love my new pop specs. Couple of days before going to Rhodes I realised I didn’t have any prescription sun glasses. We were in Merryhill shopping at the time and came across Pop Specs. The optician was amazing, he wasn’t pushy, just let us browse. He obtained my prescription and within 15-20 minutes I had a pair of sunglasses. I had the magnetic ones so 2 pairs in one really, they’re the best. Can’t recommended this company enough. Was left a nice little note in my case which I saw when I got home. Thank you so much and we will deffo be back soon.

Absolutely amazing experience with deb in merry hill, I even went back a few days later and brought a second pair! Then took my partner and mother in law back, as they loved my pair so much. I had such an amazing experience at Pop Specs in Nottingham! Sarita was absolutely brilliant – so friendly, helpful, and professional. I needed my lenses swapped, and not only did she get it sorted free of charge, but it was all done incredibly fast. I literally went shopping, came back, and they were ready to go! The whole team of ladies there are lovely – genuinely welcoming and can’t do enough to help. It’s so refreshing to receive service that’s both efficient and personal.
