Ethan, the physiotherapist who treated me, has done an excellent job on a recurring knee problem and I am once again pain free and fully mobile after 6 sessions. Each session has included assessment, massage and exercises. Ethan has been professional at all times. His ability to listen, encourage and advise has been invaluable and greatly appreciated during a stressful time. I highly recommend him and the team at True Physio.

Highly recommend!! Jess helped me so much with an ongoing knee problem I've had for years. Sessions and treatment with her were the first time I received actual help with my injury. I only stopped going because I'm moving away but she set me up with a plan to make sure I keep making progress. Very professional and enjoyable experience.

I would really recommend physio lounge. I was there once for a sports message. I was proved with comfortable professional sports message for my muscle tightness. Hopefully with their support I can be back to normal again walking 20,000 steps like before and improving strength, balance and mobility like before.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Easy to book. Physio (JT) very thorough, great inter personal skills. Clear diagnosis and way forward, including online exercises. Money well spent.

I had Shannon as my instructor and she was brilliant! Not only has she helped get my shoulder back into working order, but she's really friendly and personable so the sessions just flew by! She is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to break down and fully explain the benefits of each exercise she gave me. Definitely recommend.

So far, so good. Managed to get an appointment on the same day, thank goodness!! I'd been in agony for a few days in my shoulder. I couldn't sleep because of the pain. I saw Sinead in Sale. Saw Sinead yesterday morning and she was great. Spent time collecting medical history and exploring the presenting problem. I was given some exercises to do at home. Turns out, I have an issue with my shoulder rotary cuff. I started the exercises yesterday, and I already have more mobility in my arm. I have so much more movement and I've even been able to wash my hair!! I only woke up once in the night in pain. I'm really encouraged by my experience. Thanks Sinead.

Had a brilliant experience with Spilios, after having pain with clicking in my shoulder he quickly located the problem and we worked together for 4 sessions to fix it. After following his guidance a few months later the issue has been fixed and I have lots of exercises and great advice to use for the future. Would highly recommend.
