I would highly recommend, I am currently recovering from Guillain Barré Syndrome. Firstly, I had an examination and I explained all my symptoms. How this condition has affected me causing muscle weakness and pain. Andy is excellent, he’s knowledgeable, he listens and will be working with me along with his colleague over the next couple of weeks to rebuild my strength and help my recovery. The services they offer are great. I have opted to do Hydrotherapy to help my condition. When things progress and get better I hope to use the main gym equipment. I had Shannon as my instructor and she was brilliant! Not only has she helped get my shoulder back into working order, but she's really friendly and personable so the sessions just flew by! She is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to break down and fully explain the benefits of each exercise she gave me. Definitely recommend.

So far, so good. Managed to get an appointment on the same day, thank goodness!! I'd been in agony for a few days in my shoulder. I couldn't sleep because of the pain. I saw Sinead in Sale. Saw Sinead yesterday morning and she was great. Spent time collecting medical history and exploring the presenting problem. I was given some exercises to do at home. Turns out, I have an issue with my shoulder rotary cuff. I started the exercises yesterday, and I already have more mobility in my arm. I have so much more movement and I've even been able to wash my hair!! I only woke up once in the night in pain. I'm really encouraged by my experience. Thanks Sinead.

Had a brilliant experience with Spilios, after having pain with clicking in my shoulder he quickly located the problem and we worked together for 4 sessions to fix it. After following his guidance a few months later the issue has been fixed and I have lots of exercises and great advice to use for the future. Would highly recommend.
