I have been going to djB Hearing ltd for many years now, and all I have to say is that Dan is incredible. I work as flight attendant and my schedule is all over the place, and Dan is always available and happy to see me whenever I have needed him to. He always make the time to fit me in his busy schedule when I need a last minute appointment due being unable to fly with blocked years. Dan is extremely friendly, professional, polite, and really care about your wellbeing. He always make sure to make you feel comfortable, and always concern if you’re feeling any discomfort when we having your ears done, always making it painless. I couldn’t highly commend Dan enough and his services is absolutely outstanding. Thank you very much for always being available and for such an incredible professionalism. Can’t recommend djB highly enough.

I booked the appointment on the same day and got an evening appointment which is in itself great customer service. I’ve never had micro suction ear treatment before but I’m sure I will again in the future. I felt completely at ease with Dan, we had a brief chat about my hearing and ear health and then began the treatment. It was completely painless and incredibly quick and the results are amazing, it is a far more efficient method than drops and syringe and I would recommend it to anyone with excess wax. Dan is a lovely chap and I won’t hesitate to return when needed in the future.

I can’t recommend this service enough! The booking procedure was friendly and efficient and I was seen the same day and at a convenient time so I didn’t even need to take time off work. The process used for ear wax removal was quick and painless and didn’t involve me in weeks of putting in drops beforehand. Dan was professional and very experienced so I felt totally safe.

I contacted I Love My Ears on a Monday afternoon, and was able to book a wax removal appointment for 09:00 on Tuesday morning. I received excellent directions and a summary of what to expect via email and Melissa was there to greet me when I arrived. She is extremely friendly, efficient and thorough. I was in significant discomfort prior to the appointment, but after a 15 minute treatment, I was pain free and able to hear! She was gracious enough to not rebuke me when the blockage in my right ear turned out not to be wax, but the end of a cotton bud! Don’t go sticking cotton buds in your ears, folks!! Really great service, private car park with a video link sent the day before to tell you how to access. Audiologist was really friendly also accepted ACS voucher for ear impressions. Booked appointment on the Friday for Monday in and out in 20 minutes. Really impressed.
