Very professional and courteous team . We had a deep clean, which left our house sparkling. Anything we needed doing was not a problem, they also had a supervisor who went round checking all areas to ensure it was at a high quality standard at the end of the job.We were impressed with what we had received and now use the service for our regular clean .Great job. Two Ladies arrived promptly in their clean smart uniforms. Explained fully what they were here to do, carried out the clean with vigour and professionalism, completed excellent job with fantastic results, explained thoroughly what they had carried out. Following Charmaine’s initial visit to ascertain our needs, we had a deep clean of the whole house followed by a four-weekly cleans, scheduled in advance.I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the deep clean and have been pleased with the subsequent visits, which include a little flexible time for additional tasks as required. I appreciate the use of eco cleaning products that leave a fresh, non-chemical smell. Highly recommended.

We've been using Merry Maids of Dudley for the last 3 months and I can't recommend them enough. Our house is amazingly fresh and clean every time. They are really hard working and pay great attention to the details. They even fold our towels and toilet roll. The staff are really nice, genuine and down to earth - special thanks to Lisa, Carol, Karen, Sophie and Adele.

I switched to Merry Maids after having trouble with several agencies and cleaners. Covid related disruptions didn’t help the situation. I have had 3 cleans so far and the team leave my home sparkling clean every time. The cleaners are very friendly and professional. The management team are flexible and provide excellent customer service. Thank you Merry Maids, highly recommend the team for a worry free experience and great cleaning standards.

My partner and I both have fatigue based health issues and so we finally took the plunge and booked a cleaner. I am so very delighted with the Merry Maids service. They were thorough and efficient, everything was spotless when they were done. In fact I think it was cleaner after their visit than it was before we moved in! They brought all the cleaning products themselves so I didn't have to worry about what I did or didn't have in. It would have taken me days and huge amounts of stress to manage what they breezed through in hours. I feel so much more relaxed and at ease in my house now, I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Been using this company to clean my elderly moms flat and haven’t been impressed tbh...turning up late,coming earlier than expected and generally not a good standard of cleaning given,videos and photos taken of my moms flat without permission The company is supposed to use their own equipment but they’ve been using my moms hoover(an expensive Dyson) and it’s been broken also terminated contract for cleaning without a reasonable excuse and has left us in the lurch...think twice before hiring.
