Amazing guy and truly trustworthy. I know a decent bit about pcs too but Dee was very knowledgeable and knew a lot more than I did. He spent countless nights trying to repair my graphics card. He showed little interest in money and was more interested by the challenge of fixing my 3090. The nicest IT repair guy I have ever met who is somehow not after your money. Please visit him and utilise his skill set. He even gave me free troubleshooting tips before I came to him so I knew I could trust him. Thanks Dee

Service is top class, the guy I communicated with (James) was very helpful with any issues I was facing in my build and was available promptly at any time in the day. Great communication, great customer service and full transparency. There was a product i bought which wasn't quite up to my expectations and the guy kept my mind at ease until I was able to resolve that issue with DTECPC.

Super happy with the service I got from Tony! I brought in my MacBook Pro because the battery was acting up, Tony got it sorted out quickly. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, no tech jargon or upselling, just straight to the point! The laptop’s running great now, and the battery issue's are completely fixed. Very friendly, and fair priced — couldn’t ask for more. Definitely recommend if you need your Mac fixed!

Highly recommend tony for all your laptop repairs, I had a broken screen and he had a new one fitted in no time he was friendly and very knowledgeable about computer repairs will use again when i need any repairs thanks john.
