SHURGARD SELF STORAGE WOLVERHAMPTON REVIEWS

Got a unit at Shurgard Wolverhampton. The process was quick and easy and the staff were really helpful with regards to explaining how everything works. I was helped by Cadston who showed me around, I had my doubts about the initial layout of the unit that was offered to me, so he found me another one which I was happy with no fuss. I was in the process of moving house so needed storage I had my doubts whether I would fit everything in the unit but I had more room than I realised.

Having gotten a great deal using the online reservation system, I was equally pleased that the onsite customer service provided by Sufi was also excellent. He took me to the unit I had reserved to check I was happy with it, and then took me through the welcome pack and the details for the app etc.

Shofi helped me secure my unit today and helped me when I had a technical problem doing my ID, he was very helpful and made everything smooth and easy.

The patience you showed him, James you went above and beyond to help him and the staff who support him. I would like to say a big thank you yo you and your colleague.

Never used a storage facility before so pleasantly surprised! Very conveniently located, clean and secure. James was very informative and made sure we understood how it all worked. Thank you so much for your help, it’s made moving home less stressful.

The person I met was very nice and allowed me to have a look so I could decide what would suit me best and their prices are very cheap compared to others.

I'd like to leave a review just to explain the kindness & support that I received from Mark & Rachel at M54 self storage, my story started when my son had to come home, because he had hit rock bottom I needed to find storage and my friend Karen recommended M54 storage. So I phoned Rachel I was very distressed at the time and she calmed me down and reassured me everything was gonna be fine. In the last 8 months they have been there for me. They have gone above and beyond they offer support to the homeless and they even offered me a NHS discount even though I'd left the NHS by then. They have restored my faith in people again. with there kind support. My son last week moved into his new home and cannot thank them enough for there help. Total strangers that have now become friends. Thank you both Sonia.

Really great guys here, always helpful and accommodating. Very flexible and did everything they could when there was a leak, helped with insurance claims, clean up, shifting items etc. Great reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for storage.
