Wanted to give the staff in the Derby branch on the changing rooms a shout out I went with a basket full of clothes as I've lost weight since having my baby and required quite a few new clothes we had my almost 8 month old in her pram and I said I'd try to be quick so my baby wouldn't get too restless waiting with dad outside the staff offered to let us have the larger changing room so we could go in as a family and meant I could help dad out when she started to get grouchy (she's a mummy gir). We then went to look for my partner and we were again offered the larger changing room which meant I could do a breast feed whilst he tried his clothes on it really was a huge help and made what could have been a harder tsk so much easier and less tressful for all 3 of us so thank you.wish I could remember each person's name so they could get the credit for excellent customer service.

Went into primark with my 2 year old son, was doing a bit of clothes shopping and I turned around for one second and my son was gone. I was running around primark for a good 20 minutes until a primark worker named Izzy s came up to me because she noticed I was in distress and helped me find my little boy. 10/10 experience would do it again.

Can not thank the staff enough for their help, kindness and compassion today when I asked if they had a room where I could lay my Nan down when she had a funny turn they brought first aiders, water pillows and an industrial fan and continually kept watch while we waited for my Nan to come round. They were rapid in responding to my request for help. They were an asset to Primark and we will be forever grateful for everything they did today.

This store is located around the corner across the road from the main shopping centre. It is well stocked and laid out. The staff are helpful. You need to be a member to purchase but can apply on the day . I have always had to queue to pay at this store.

This is our favourite place to get my kids school uniform whenever they prepare for resumption. Quality and affordability in a place.

Great range of clothing, homeware and other bits. Plenty of changing rooms that are clean and tidy. Nice to see charities welcomed for fundraising.

The new look is a specialist in teenage clothing. If you can't afford to go to top shop, a new look is a good substitute. I like crop tops from new look. Its trousers are a perfect fit for me, I love the quality of jeans. Beautiful prints in dresses.

If I ever want some new clothes or even accessories, New Look is the first place I look. They have a wide range of sizes and a nice selection of items, so I know that I am covered for every occasion. This particular store has a lovely layout and very friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy to help you with a smile, even if it's near closing time or busy.

Excellent service from several staff members. They were interested and attentive. Many shops have no assistants on the floor, post covid. It really makes a difference when there's an assistant to ask for advice!
