Went along to this store with my grandaughter and her boyfriend, was served by casey who not only had a fantastic sense of humour but was patient and friendly too! The atmosphere was good from the start as the two girls serving that day worked well together. We had lots of alternatives and advice and left very happy! Needed a mention as this has been one of the best visits to Pandora.

I love Pandora. They have de-listed the Harry Potter range all except two but I managed to get the remaining that I didn't have on ebay. Staff were super friendly and she commented on my charms. She had the same cute mushroom charm as me.

Always good friendly customer service at this store. Excellent choice of Pandora charms and jewellery. Plenty to tempt you to treat yourself or someone special.

I received a gorgeous Thomas Sabo necklace and charm from here for my birthday. I chose it, Chelsea was absolutely amazing and made me feel so relaxed after she got 'a lot' out for me to try. What I didn't know was my partner had then gone and asked her to wrap it, I knew when I received it he hadn't done it! It was so pretty and the paper and ribbons were so luxurious. Chelsea really made it special. Thank you Chelsea. I'll be back.

Great experience today having my ear pierced. It was to redo an old piercing which was in the wrong position. Made to feel very comfortable, the lady took her time to make sure all was right. The shop was clean, bright and not too busy. Would definitely recommend.

Took my daughter for her ears to be pierced again. Friendly staff, very professional and gave great advice on looking after the piercing.

Saw this place advertised on a taxi. Had some jewellery to sell so googled it! I liked what I saw & read so went along to the shop. Absolutely brilliant guy with an amazing service. Please go check it out if you have things to sell or wish to purchase.

Stan was brilliant, he wasn’t sure if my old crown was gold or not so he had it checked out with a more sophisticated machine the next day and contacted me to tell me it was gold and that I would get some money back. He definitely went above and beyond for me. Thank you Stan.
