We were met by a very friendly staff member, who guided us to what bed and mattress we were looking for. They were very helpful and although we explained we were going to look around at other shops they were still very friendly and helpful and invited back if we didn't find what we were looking for. Needless to say, we did come back to Bensons.

Went looking for a new bed on Boxing day. Decland looked after us from start to finish and was very honest helpful and non pushy. Ordered exactly what we wanted and the process was easy and all the way through it,Decland did all he could to help with our needs. Good value for Money too and delivery coming soon.

Explaining and showing myself and my wife everything you could wish to know when purchasing a new bed. She also made the purchasing easy and explained every detail within the process. We bought our first bed last week from the Derby branch. We spent the afternoon with Adam and he was a great help with a lot of knowledge of the beds and mattresses and made the experience very enjoyable and comfortable throughout. A top bloke and our mutual love for Dr Who could’ve convinced me to buy any of the beds! Overall just a really enjoyable and wholesome experience. A process that me and my partner thought would be really stressful turned out to be really simple thanks to Adam. Adam was really kind and couldn’t have spent more time explaining everything if he tried. Highly recommend visiting the store. Thank you for all your help.

The lady that served us met us as soon as we walked in the door and explained what we required. She then set us up on the measuring machine, which quickly told us what sort of mattress we required. We then tried three different types before settling on the one we liked. We were offered a drink, before we sorted out the payment. During this we were offered other items which we did not need as we had them already from our previous purchase. The lady that served us did not give us her name, but she was very efficient and helpful. Thank you.

We were served by Nina who was absolutely brilliant. Very well informed, had experience with the products she sells in her own life and was the perfect balance of checking in with us and giving us our own space. A credit to the store and their sales team. Overall great experience, came in for a look around and left with a new bedroom.
