My daughter was having trouble with an Apple lap top. Great advice and all issues sorted at a very reasonable price. Whilst I was there I upgraded my old and creaking windows PC to a new one. Good price. Everything copied over from my old PC and very good and helpful service when I had a couple of questions after getting the new one home. Nice guys who deserve to do well. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Took in a laptop that would take ages to turn on. They diagnosed a new motherboard and also a new hard drive was needed. I was a bit concerned as this is a business laptop and I needed all the information kept. The repair was carried out on time and as the laptop was already open, gave me a reduced rate for the replacement hard drive. When I got the machine home not only was it absolutely rapid but all the data had been kept. Thoroughly recommend Swanley Computers

Just had my pc repaired by them I for one will be recommended them to anyone has issues super friendly staff extremely knowledgeable and was more that happy to answer any of my questions they had had a super quick turn around they have gained a customer for life

I got my laptop screen replaced after it was broken. however, because my laptop is newer it was hard to find a replacement screen, but Dave did his best to find one. He bought 2 different screens and they didn't work, so he had to return them. And I wasn't charged a single cent during that time. But you know what they say, the 3rd time's a charm, so that's what happened. I bought another screen and dropped it all off at his again. He replaced it and I was able to pick my laptop up the next day. I only paid for the labour since I already bought the screen. As a university student with not much money, he's a life saver.

I messaged PC Aid on Saturday expecting a reply on Monday. Dave replied very promptly and arranged to look at my brocken chromebook. The service was fast, efficient and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

Phoned pc aid to fix my broken computer. Dave said he could see me straight away and had it fixed the next day. Best pc help in the area

My pc had a virus that stopped my pc working properly. AWKS managed to remove it and also clean up my pc in general and now it runs better than before. Awks also supplied a managed anti-virus program and some remote control software so they can connect remotely to my pc if I have any future problems. Everything was done in a timely manner with everything explained in plain English. Thank you.

I took my PC in on Monday with a failing hard drive message. I had my pc back on Wednesday with a new hard drive and a new windows installation AND they managed to recover all my files. Very polite, explained everything in a straightforward way with no crazy jargon and kept me informed all along the way.

After accidentally spilling water on my laptop, I took it to AWKS to be repaired. Unfortunately the laptop was not able to be repaired, but they were able to recover all my data promptly for a very reasonable fee, which was more important to me anyway. Would highly recommend.
