We've been with Well polished now for a few years. It's always been easy to deal with Leanne, especially as circumstances change over time and our needs from a clean have changed too. Our current cleaner, Ashley, has been fantastic from the first clean. She's really listened to what we want and the standard we would like. Ashley has high standards herself so we've always been pleased with the results. Ashley has always asked for feedback or direction if there are bits we'd like her to cover that wouldn't be expected to be cleaned weekly. We have a four bed house with two bathrooms and one toilet. We have Ashley for 3 hours a week. Always punctual and we feel we can trust her if we need to go out - which often we do. As mentioned, needs have changed over the years so at points we've had two hours a week, or we've had extended breaks or we've had four hours a week. If needs change then a conversation with Leanne always resolves it.

I have been using well polished and Chantelle since July 2023. She comes once a fortnight and is very thorough gets on with it she is courteous if I am on the phone as I work from home it’s a good match. I have also had emergency one off booking from well polished that they were able to support me with with no bother a very helpful and efficient service.

Leanne has been great to liaise with, sorting out any issues we’ve had really quickly. Our cleaner Charlotte is amazing, not only at cleaning but reorganising too. Our house is sparkling right down to the corners when she leaves! Really happy with her.
