First Class. Fantastic service and workmanship. They even did a full valet on the car after they had finished repairing damaged rear side door and sill. Best price of three quotations. Took the car in on Monday and got it back on Thursday. I would certainly use them again and can’t recommend them highly enough.

My main POC at Dartford Panel & Paint has been Paul E. I’ve been hugely impressed with the honest, friendly and professional manner in which both of my cars were fixed in the past month. One repair was a respray of a front bumper to remove a scuff mark (BMW) and the other repair being a dent removal from the driver’s side door (Range Rover). You can immediately see this is a strong business built on delivering excellent customer service/satisfaction. On the two separate occasions (without any prior appointment being booked) that I visited the garage to show the damage on my cars, Paul immediately spent time with me and provided a detailed and most importantly, very honest consultation regarding the extent of the damage the different options available to have them fixed. I was never let down and the repairs were of an extremely high standard and within the agreed timeframe/cost. Paul had the knowledge and the ‘know-how’ and that gave me the confidence that Dartford Panel & Paint would be the best people for the job so if you want a proper repair done, that will not cut corners, visit Dartford Panel & Paint.

Repair seems good. May be my own naivety but I wasn't aware that VAT was going to be added until I went to pay for it. I asked for a quote and one was given but no mention that VAT was to be added. Made what was a reasonable cost more expensive than I hoped. Yes when pointed out it's displayed in the waiting area but why would you see it if you aren't aware to look. Also apparently it is written on your quotation form but again I didn't get to see this at the time. Disappointed that I didn't know this in advance.

Great experience with the team at Dartford Panel & Paint. I trusted them with the paint work on my old classic Mercedes. So the finish needed to be of a very high standard to allow me to show the car off at events and club meets. They were very careful and considerate with the work (not just rushing in !) and also provided valuable advice on approach to get the best outcome.
