Was really impressed with the service from Claire in the office and Ali and his team on the day. This was my first move buying & selling and I was beginning to feel the pressure. The warm & positive attitude of the team put me at ease on the day - which you can’t put a price on. The price quoted and delivered on was fair. It was competitive compared with other local firms AND during the survey, I felt the questions asked and advice given was far far superior to others. I took quite a few quotes and this was the only firm that made me feel that they understood what was needed and valued making my move work, rather than seeing it as a business transaction. A genuine business and one I would recommend without hesitation.

Roberts and Denny’s provided an excellent service from start to finish. The team were really helpful, friendly and professional, and also very respectful to my Mother in Law who was moving house for the first time in 60 years. They also provided a very fair price without having to send a surveyor to see us, and they honoured this price. Would definitely recommend them.

Utilized Doree Bonner for my international move from UK to US and can say it was a great, professional and seamless experience from start to finish. Worked with Suzanne Knox and team and they were very helpful from start to finish. Packing was quick and thorough keeping good secure, price was great, move was seamless. Suzanne especially was very helpful with questions, providing quick responses throughout. Very very pleased with the company and would use in the future.

Although our shipment has not been sent yet to Australia, I cannot fault Natalie as the shipment co-ordinator, she was kind, helpful and always answered emails in a timely manner as well as returning my constant phone calls. When it came to packing day, the team of Alfie, Michael and Darren were very efficient and very accommodating when we wanted to add additional items last minute. Alfie did a great job at judging the space we were invoiced for. I look forward to collecting my items in a few months time in Australia.
