I had a complicated problem involving three iPhones – transferring data from an old one to a newer one and separating merged data on a friends’ borrowed phone that I’d used temporarily when my old phone failed. Amanda worked through setting up the new phone, transferring data from the old and telling me how to deal with the merged data on my friends’ phone. I honestly would never have been able to do it without her. I am always happy to find good services and will definitely go back to SheTech if I need IT help again and will recommend them to others. Amanda is friendly, patient and personable, and she, I and Tony had a nice chat so it was a reassuring and enjoyable experience.

I am a virtual beginner with regards to broadband and the internet after a ten year gap. SheTech stepped in and my life changed. Tony in the office and Amanda on the move supplied and installed my comprehensive system and tablet, and both can be contacted easily during office hours. Amanda is a super teacher, very patient and helpful with a great sense of humour. I am in my mid-eighties so all these qualities are necessary! I can thoroughly recommend the company, particularly to those older people who are wondering whether to embark on a new way of spending their time, or to be in close touch with their family and friends.

After experiencing prolonged internet connectivity and PC problems that were seriously affecting my business, Amanda of SheTech diligently and patiently worked through the issues, identified and resolved them. Our PC hard disk failed so I called Greenlight and Ross picked up the computer within 15 minutes, installed a new hard disk, whilst restoring our lost data, added Windows 11 and gave it a thorough clean. He delivered it and re-set it all up in our office all within 24 hours. They were very reasonably priced and extremely helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them. Many thanks for rescuing us from what could have been a very stressful time!
