Excellent service. Arrived really quickly when my car locked itself with the keys inside. Gained access within seconds and cut an emergency spare door key for me- in case it happens again. Very professional, fast trusted service. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Robbie came to our rescue on Boxing Day after our lock broke on our car at the harbour. He got us into the car so we could get it home and he came back the next day to fix it permanently. Robbie was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t thank him enough.

Robbie came round to install a new lock on my bathroom door, which proved to be a problem as I’d bought the wrong size, necessitating a visit to the local Screwfix. I mentioned in passing that my new bedroom door lock was catching expecting it to be a two minute fix. This also proved to be a problem which Robbie sorted, all at a very reasonable price. I can’t thank lan enough. He came out to me after I stupidly locked my keys in the boot of my car. 200 miles from home and no spare key. He was so quick to attend, polite. He was recommended to me by the RAC I will recommend him to all my friends and family in Eastbourne. Very reasonably priced given it was on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend.

Can’t thanks Ian enough. Great experience and also went above and beyond to help me and my kids from being locked outside our car he even helped jump start my car ( battery went, reason why I couldn’t get in my car) . His very knowledgeable and experienced and best quote I got ! Thanks so much

Highly recommended. We managed to lock our keys in the car on a sunday morning at Eastbourne sea front. The call was answered promptly and Steve gave us an estimated time of arrival and a reasonable price. He arrived within 30 minutes as promised. Obviously highly experienced and skilled at his craft, he had the car open in a matter of minutes. Very happy with how quick and painless he made the experience. Thanks a million!

Granddaughter locked the only key in the boot of my husband's car. Astaire locksmiths arrived promptly and managed to retrieve the key. We were, pleasantly surprised, the price was less than we'd anticipated. A thoroughly nice man, excellent job.

Couldn’t turn either key in my ignition, rang Astaire and spoke to Steve.. he had a busy day planned but knew that I needed to use my van for work so squeezed me in the same day! Great service, highly recommend.
