I cannot rate Howard Conrad highly enough, from the bright, clean, and modern reception to their excellent service. My iPad developed a strange fault where the bottom of the screen became unresponsive to touch in one orientation only. I thought it needed a new screen, but they investigated it, found that a cable needed reseating, repaired it, and just charged the diagnostic fee. Outstanding. - Nigel S

Brilliant, friendly and just great customer service and prices. They managed to replace a laptop keyboard for me - it was very very reasonably priced and speedily done. The team there wont rip you off or fob you off with a load of stuff that doesn't need to be done - so if you're in need of a PC repair please use these guys

Had an issue with a new laptop, took it in to Phase 4 for a diagnostic (free of charge). The staff were very helpful and I would definitely come again if I had another device issue.

Recently used Phase 4 for a quick repair of the fans on my laptop. I was really impressed with the communication throughout. the repair was not expensive and was completed quickly. Will definitely us them again!

Charming - clearly running through options in a way even I understood Charlie could not have been more helpful in saving me money and calming me down after my visit to a nearby national electronics supplier from whom I bought my printer. My next printer and all my ink will now be purchased at TPSL. Highly highly recommended.

Quite simply the best company and people to deal with, amazing service and never over-sold. Computing made easy, and have been using on the back of that for well over 10 years now. Our business server went down, they had us up and running the next day, cannot recommend enough.

First Class service for a new customer walking in cannot recommend enough Laptop fixed in 2 hours.
