We had excellent service. Rob messaged back immediately and gave advice in the late evening. The following morning he quickly identified the problem. He was clear on the costs and explained the timeline. It was very good value. Rob cleared all the mess, was very thorough and ensured he blocked off all entry points. We are now rat free! Rob was very friendly and reassuring. We loved meeting Patch the ratter and getting to see him work. We were delighted Rob does not use poison. We would highly recommend. Thank you Rob.

Brilliant service. Arrived within the hour to remove a wood pigeon trapped inside the chimney. Not only removing it but managed to clean and turn one of the bird’s eyelids that had turned inside itself! Unbelievably thanks to the care taken in its removal the bird survived and flew off. Lovely guy- Highly recommended!

Rob was great. The turn around time and communication was on point and the service seemingly has done the job. Would highly recommend!

Would highly recommend, they responded quickly and were very professional. The engineer even checked my drains outside to rule out any access points. Poison was placed and after 2 days the noises in the loft stopped. 2more check visits confirmed we were clear. Great service & very helpful !!!

Very thorough and honest. I only had to pay the call-out fee as no bugs were found. I was relieved and thankful. Very polite and friendly staff with lots of knowledge.

Really great service and a fantastic result! Our pigeons have moved away. Darren is professional and yet friendly and he tells it how it is. He scaled those ladders so well and the job was completed in 2 hours.

Contacted Simon at 6pm on a Saturday night regarding a possible wasp nest I thought we had in our loft. He was very polite, said he was on on a job but don’t worry I’ll get out to you tonight. Upon having a look in our loft he found it was actually bees in the wall cavity and advised us accordingly. Super friendly, super helpful and wouldn’t hesitate in contacting him in the future. Thanks for your help.
