I have used Harrogate Locks on two occasions now. On the first visit, Ian was able to come out very quickly to sort out an issue with our front door lock. The second time, it was not an emergency but he was able to come out during the same week. Ian is professional and personable. Very happy to recommend his service and I will use him again in future.

Very friendly and efficient service. Provided a quote shortly after initial contact and was able to come later the same day to install. Very tidy and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use again.

He examined the door and explained the problem and rectified it efficiently and effectively. He was polite, considerate and helpful throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and very open and honest on pricing and what needed to be done right from the start. Very polite and informative. Great work and thank you for fitting me in so quickly.
