Tried to turn my laptop on and it wouldn't start and the fan was really loud! Found Medway computers, called them, advised to bring it in so dropped it off. A few days later had a call to say its working and the bill was far less than expected so very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again.

What a fantastic service from the warm reception, concise advice and explanation asto what to expect. The amazingly prompt turnaround and first class repair to top it all it was so competitively priced. This is a 5 star outfit with no hidden agendas I thank and salute you all at Medway Computers.

Absolutely fantastic ! Spoke to Lee who was brilliant and helped fix an issue with my son’s pc. Gave great advice a was fixed the next day at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Super friendly, helpful and accommodating! I came in with my laptop screen case snapping off. After being told by other shops I would need a whole new screen, the owner, Ola assured me I would just need a new casing for a much better price than I had been quoted elsewhere. After fixing my screen I noticed that my camera had become blurred. After telling Ola, he told me to come down and that he would fix it free of charge! He ordered the new camera, installed it and now it’s better than ever. Would certainly recommend!

Very fast and professional service. The gentleman was attentive, polite and efficient in helping everyone coming to the store. He checked my laptop straight away and after testing several things, fixed the issue on the spot. This is definitely the only computer and phone fix shop I will ever be using in Medway.

I recently had my phone fixed at this shop, and I must say, they did a fantastic job! The service was quick, and my phone was up and running the same day. Everything is working perfectly now. I'm really impressed with their efficiency and the quality of their work. Highly recommend this place for any phone repairs!

Ben been dealing with our computers for a number of years. The laptop Ben provided us over six years ago has finally come to end of it life and with 2 days Ben came out and setup a new. All done within an hour and setup professionally. Highly recommended service as always.

Ben provided us with high quality refurbished laptop which he installed in our home. He sorted out our wifi, transferred data from our old machine and showed us how to use it. Very professional service would highly recommend BL IT Solutions to anyone with a computer issue.

My machine was hacked by a hacker. I called Ben from BL IT Solutions who came out the very same day. Within an hour Ben cleaned my machine and put on protection to provent this happening again. Would highly recommend BL IT SOLUTIONS.
